Eastern Cape police are investigating an attack on a farm near Kinkelbos involving five suspects.
Police spokesperson, Warrant Officer Majola Nkohli, says they stormed into the farmhouse on Sunday evening and tied up the occupants who were also held at gunpoint.
He says while two of the suspects kept watch over the family members, the other men ransacked the house.
They fled with cash, a laptop, and jewellery.
"No one was injured during the incident and it's not yet clear whether a getaway vehicle was used by the suspects," said Nkohli.
Police are urging anyone with information that could lead to the arrest of the suspects to contact their nearest police station.
