Eastern Cape police have offered a reward to anyone with information which might lead to the identification, arrest and conviction of those involved in the murder of Bathurst woman, Stefanie Evans and the attempted murder of her partner, Andre Malan in 2018.
Spokesperson, Captain Mali Govender says both were in their 60’s.
She says Evans and Malan were asleep at their home in Kowie Road, Bathurst when they were awoken by sounds outside in the early hours of 3 June 2018.
Govender says Malan got up and went to investigate when he was confronted by two men who attacked and stabbed him.
Evans sustained a head wound and died at the scene.
