Two Eastern Cape men will appear in court in Mqanduli tomorrow on charges of rape.
In the first case police arrested a 21-year-old man for allegedly raping a four-year-old girl.
Police spokesperson, major Zama-Kulingisa Jozana, says he was arreted yesterday.
In a separate incident, a 30-year-old man accused of raping a 22-year-old woman was also arrested in the Mqanduli area.
