An Eastern Cape man and his friend, who both allegedly raped the man's 18-year-old sister, appeared in the Butterworth Magistrate's Court yesterday.
Police Captain Jackson Manatha says they remain in custody and will be back in court on January 14.
He says the 24-year-old brother was arrested on Wednesday and his 29-year-old friend was taken into custody the day before.
Manatha says the teenage girl was allegedly invited by her brother to his room on Sunday, where she was raped by both men.
