Two people have been killed in another horror accident on the N-2 between East London and King Williams Town.
Transport Department spokesperson, Tsepo Machaya, says a luxury German car went out of control and crossed the freeway before colliding with an oncoming truck on Thursday afternoon.
He says other people in the car were injured and taken to hospital.
The freeway had to be closed to clear the accident scene.
Earlier this month three people were killed on the same stretch of road when an out of controcl truck crossed the freeway and hit a luxury SUV.
