Provincial traffic authorities have reported a fatal accident on Eastern Cape roads.
Spokesperson, Tsepo Machaea, says crash occurred on Thursday afternoon near Komgha.
"Two vehicle collided on the R-63 just a kilometre from the N-2 towards Khomgha. At this stage it is not clear what really happened," said Machaea.
He said there were five occupants in one car, two of whom died as a result of the accident.
Machaea says four people were seriously injured in both cars.
