Eastern Cape businessman shot dead

 A businessman has been shot dead during a robbery in Coffee Bay in the Eastern Cape.

Police spokesperson, Major Zamukulungisa Jozana says three armed men entered a shop late on Sunday, and demanded money from the owner at gunpoint.

He says they took R3000, shot the owner and fled.

Jozana says the man was rushed to hospital, where he later died.

No arrests have yet been made.
