The second day of the Eastern Cape ANC Lekgotla got underway in East London on Sunday morning, with congregated delegates breaking into various commissions of the meeting.
Eastern Cape ANC Secretary, Lubabalo Mabuyane says six Commissions have been created inline with key ANC sub-committees.
These are Legislature and governance, which incorporates local government, peace and stability, health and education, economic and rural development and social transformation.
Mabuyane says delegates will focus on the assessment of performance of government, improvement of public participation, to better communicate ANC achievements and programmes and key election programes.
The lekgotla will run until Tuesday afternoon, when resolutions will be adopted following reports from the commissions.
