Buffalo City Metro says there's ongoing communication with residents of Duncan Village about municipal projects.
Residents took to the streets again on Monday morning, burning tyres and other debris on the Ziphunzana By-Pass as well as Douglas Smith Highway.
Police were on the scene to the monitor the protest about housing delivery, but did not have to take any action.
Buffalo City spokesperson, Thandy Matabese, says there is still ongoing interaction between residents and the municipality.
