The East London Police are investigating a case of armed robbery after three men robbed Interpark at Hemingways Mall on Sunday.
Police spokesperson Captain Mluleki Mbi said only one of the men was armed.
Mbi has appealed to anyone with information to come forward.
The Mall's General Manager Janice Coopoosamy said the incident occurred at Interpark, the company which manages the mall's parking just before 6pm.
Coopoosamy said the suspects fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money but fortunately no one was injured.
She went on to say that this did not affect their operations and that shoppers are not at risk.
