East London police investigate a double murder

Police are investigating the murder of two men, whose bodies were found roughly 30 metres apart at Fort Grey outside East London on Sunday night.

Captain Stephen Marais says they're hoping to make an arrest soon and that the murders are definitely linked.

He says both men were in their late 30's and appeared to have been assaulted and stabbed to death.

Police seized several exhibits at the scene which will be sent for forensic analysis.
