East London police have arrested a man in Duncan Village for the posession of more than 8,000 fake DVDs and CDs.
Police spokesperson, Captain Stephen Marais, says they swooped on the man's house late Tuesday afternoon, following a tip-off.
He says they also confiscated computers used to illegally duplicate CDs and DVDs.
Marais says the total value of the confiscated goods is R25,000.
He will appear in court on Thursday.
