Eastern Cape police are investigating a double murder in Jeffreys Bay.
Police spokesperson Colonel Priscilla Naidu says the two victims were sitting in a store room attached to a primary dwelling in Oceanview on Saturday evening when several shots were fired through a window from the outside.
She says it is alleged that three unknown men fired the shots.
Naidu says 37-year-old Fezile Kati was fatally wounded in the head and body, while 25-year-old Masithembe Sigxoxo sustained gunshot wounds to the body.
Both were declared dead at the scene.
The motive for the attack is unknown and no arrests have yet been made.
