Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality will hold a special council meeting to formally elect a new mayor following the announcement of Safa boss Danny Jordaan as the incumbent.
The Special Council meeting will be held at Nangoza Jebe Hall in New Brighton, Port Elizabeth.
