Cradock man stabbed to death

Eastern Cape police have opened a murder docket, after a 32 year old man was stabbed to death in Hillside, Cradock late on Friday night.

Police captain Stephanie Smith says it is alleged that the man and 2 suspects were drinking together, when a quarrel started.

She says according to witnesses, the deceased was stabbed with a sharp instrument in the neck and upper body, and he died at the scene.

Smith says the two suspects fled the scene, and are still at large.
