Members of the Cradock K9 Unit have arrested two suspects for the possession of dagga worth an estimated R216 000 .
Warrant Officer Louis Stone, says the 42-year-old woman and the 36-year-old man were arrested during a roadblock on Tuesday on the R61 between Cradock and Tarkastad.
Stone says the car was stopped and police searched the vehicle after smelling dagga.
Three bags of dagga weighing a total of 71,97 kg's were confiscated.
He says the 36-year-old man is also a wanted suspect in a similar case from last year.
The two suspects are due to appear before in the Cradock Magistrates Court on Thursday on a charge of dealing in Dagga.
