The National Prosecuting Authority says it will be opposing the bail application for PE murder accused, Christopher Panayiotou.
The husband of murdered PE teacher Jayde Panayiotou will be applying for bail on Thursday.
Twenty-eight-year-old Christopher Panayiotou is one of three people arrested for the murder of his wife.
NPA spokesperson, Velekhaya Mgobhozi.
"I can confirm as the NPA that there is a request for the bail application to be conducted on Thursday. We will be opposing this application" he said
