Chinese national dies from injuries following explosion in PE warehouse

One of two men injured in an explosion at a warehouse in Port Elizabeth on Monday, has died. 

Police spokesperson, Colonel Priscilla Naidu, has confirmed the death of a Chinese national.

A second person remains in a serious condition in hospital.

Police believe the men were using the building to dry perlemoen.

It's suspected that the explosion, which caused severe damage to the building, was caused by a gas leak.
