A four year old boy from Korsten has been killed in a freak accident in Zoza street in the Port Elizabeth suburb.

Police Warrant Officer Alwin Labans says Rashidi Issa and another four year old were playing outside when the top section of a wall collapsed late on Tuesday.

It landed directly on top of Issa, killing him, and narrowly missed his friend who escaped unharmed

An inquest docket has been opened.
