A five year old boy from Despatch has drowned in their neighbours pool.
Police Spokesperson Warrant Officer Basil Seekoei says the childs parents spent the day in Port Elizabeth and left the boy in the care of the domestic worker.
She realised the child was nowhere in the house and started looking for him, she eventually phoned his parents so make sure that he did not go to PE with them.
Upon their return the search continued and his body was eventually found in the neighbours pool.
Seekoei says the child climbed over a wall to get access to the neighbours house
