The case against against of one of the co-accused in the Christopher Panayiotou murder trial was postponed today to the end of January next year.
Sinethembe Nemembe was expected to go on trial in May for the murder of 78-year-old Denise Webber in her home in Kabega Park in August 2015.
At the time of his arrest police also recovered some of the goods stolen from Webber's home.
Nemembe meanwhile returned to the Port Elizabeth High Court Wednesday morning for the resumption of the Panayiotou murder trial.

He testified on the condition of alleged middleman Luthando Siyoni's swollen left eye, when he first appeared in court.
The next witness on the stand was Sergeant Mncedi Gcukumana who worked from the Mount Road station-hijack unit in 2015, as the trial-within-a-trial continues.
