A vehicle stolen in Hout Bay in Cape Town was seized by East London police who also arrested four suspects believed to be behind business robberies in the city.
Captain Hazel Mqala said the suspects were arrested on Tuesday by members of the East London Tracing Team.
The four, aged 30 and 35, were charged with the possession of suspected stolen property and possession of unlicensed firearms and ammunition.
Mqala said it was also established that the Toyota Avanza was stolen in the Western Cape.
The four are due to appear in court today while ongoing investigations will try and link them to business robberies in the East London central business district.
