A Cape Town policeman has been shot dead in his home in Mitchells Plain.
Western Cape police spokesperson, lieutenant--colonel Andre' Traut, says 29-year-old constable off duty when he was killed in his home in Tafelsig in the early hours on Sunday morning.
He says police believe the shooting was preceded by an argument
The suspect, who is believed to be acquainted with the victim, is still at large.
