23-year old Brent Cunningham from Port Elizabeth, is back behind bars at St Albans prison.
He appeared again in the city's magistrates court on Monday on new charges of assault and malicious damage to property.
Cunningham was arrested on Sunday, following complaints of assault made by his father, Malcolm.
Last week, Cunningham appeared in court following an alleged assault on his current girlfriend, and was subsequently released on bail.
His lawyer Danie Gouws says the case was postponed until Tuesday, where a bail application date is expected to be set.
The body builder previously made headlines, after spending several months in St Albans prison, but was later acquitted of assaulting a former girlfriend, Shireen Ballan.
