Grahamstown police have made a breakthrough in an investigation into suspected stolen property, and arrested two foreign nationals.
Spokesperson, Captain Mali Govender, says they have also seized suspected stolen goods such as laptops, cell phones and other devices, as well as illegal cigarettes, to the value of R130 000.
The suspects, from Pakistan and Uganda, are being held pending their first court appearance.
Govender says the investigation was sparked by the earlier arrests of two Ghana nationals after they were caught at Port Elizabeth's airport with R300 000 rands' suspected stolen laptops, cell phones and other devices and goods.
