Swartkops detectives in Gqeberha are investigating a double murder after the bodies of a missing father and his son were discovered on a dirt road near Addo at midday on Tuesday.
Police spokesperson, Colonel Priscilla Naidu confirmed that the bodies were those of 45-year-old Edwin De Vos and his 19-year-old son, Leonardo.
According to Naidu, the pair was last seen on Sunday, leaving their house with a woman whose vehicle they had previously repaired.
She said the man's wife reported him missing at the Gelvandale police station on Tuesday morning.
While she was still at the police station, she received information that the bodies had been discovered.
