Bester EMS
An elderly Gqeberha woman was injured during a robbery in a home in Sherwood on Saturday.
Bester Emergency Medical Service (EMS) said it had responded to a house robbery on Gonubie Street.
"The incident has drawn a coordinated response from SAPS, Neighborhood Watch, and private security companies.
"An elderly female victim was attacked during the robbery. Paramedics from Bester EMS assessed her at the scene.
"Her condition remains undisclosed at this stage," it said in a post on Facebook.
No further details were immediately available.
Residents in the area were urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity.
