Bay Sergeant attached to TRT missing

A Sergeant who works at the Tactical Response Team in Gqeberha has been missing for 11 days.

Police spokesperson Captain Sandra Janse van Rensburg says 37-year-old Sergeant Thulani Hempe was last seen at court on the 18th of March where he was attending to a personal matter.

She says his commander reported him missing on the 24th when he failed to report for duty.

All efforts to locate him have proven futile.
