The two men from Gqeberha who have been charged with murdering a known gang member, will have to wait until Monday to launch their bids for bail.
30-year-old Meikhyl Wynford and 29-year-old Enzo Kingsley allegedly killed Cheslyn Philander in Gelvan Park on 23 December last year.
Their case was postponed for a third time in the city's Magistrates Court on Thursday.
On the night Philander was killed, police responded to a complaint of trespassing at a house in Habelgaarn Street.
He was allegedly being assaulted by a group of people.
Philander sustained multiple stab wounds and other injuries all over his body.
He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he later died.
Police spokesperson, Colonel Priscilla Naidu confirmed that Philander had flouted his bail conditions at the time of his death.
He was out on bail of R20 000 for the murders of 14-year-old Kurtley Rossouw and Justin Malgas, 25, in a drive-by shooting incident in Bethelsdorp last June.
Rossouw was in the yard of his house when he was hit in the back by a stray bullet.
Philander's co-accused in the two murders, Zane Geyers, will appear in court again on 8 February.
