ANC January 8th statement in pictures

ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa delivered his maiden January 8^th statement commemorating the 106^th anniversary of the governing party.

Thousands of people packed the Absa Stadium in East London for his address and joining the party’s national executive and officials in the celebrations.

President Zuma, who was booed by a section of the crowd when he arrived long after proceedings started, joined Ramaphosa and top officials in cutting a large cake adorned in ANC colours.
