A Kirkwood woman who is being investigated for an alleged accommodation scam during the Spar Kirkwood Wildsfees is also facing several other investigations.
Algoa FM News has learned that the 31-year-old woman is also being investigated for alleged theft at two local stores in the town.
One case involves an amount of 29-thousand and for which she had been arrested.
Meanwhile, at least eight people have now laid charges against the woman in Port Elizabeth and Kareedouw after they were allegedly duped out of thousands of rands in an apparent accommodation scam during the Festival which ended on Sunday.
Festival organisers have distanced themselves from the woman, saying they are assisting the police in their investigations.
Police have also appealed to any other would be victims to come forward.
