A 55-year-old suspect is expected to appear in the Komga Magistrate's Court next Tuesday in connection with a farm attack which took place at the town North of East London in April 2016.
Captain Anelia Feni of the Hawks said Sindile Zweni was arrested by Eastern Cape members of the Hawks' Serious Organised Crime unit on Monday in Worcester in the Western Cape.
He made his first court appearance in the Worcester Magistrate court where he faced charges of armed robbery with aggravated circumstances, possession of unlicensed firearms and impersonating a police official.
Zweni was the second suspect that the Hawks have arrested in relation to the case in which the 49 year old woman who owns the farm was assaulted and robbed of an undisclosed amount of money.
