Algoa FM walked off with four of the biggest awards in the commercial radio category at the MTN Radio Awards on Saturday night.
The Eastern Cape's only commercial radio station won awards for the Best Programming Innovation, Best Promotion/Stunt/Event and the Best Multi-Channel award for its Heritage Day/Virtual Flag Campaign.
And, Daron Mann became the second presenter to win the Best Breakfast Show Presenter award for the second time, having scooped his first award two years ago.
Algoa FM's Operations Director Alfie Jay says its a proud moment for everyone associated with Algoa FM.
"Our creative team has been coming up with great solutions for our clients on a daily basis for many years and these awards speak volumes of our capability on a National platform," said Jay.
"Daron's win is also simply an outstanding achievement against such strong opposition, well worth celebrating and we are sincerely proud to provide our audience with the best radio in the country," he added.
