Murder-accused George Luca has lost a bid to appeal against an extradition order.
Luca, accused of murdering Teazers boss Lolly Jackson, lost the appeal in a Cyprus court on Wednesday.
There is now one more legal avenue left for him to take -- that's to ask three Supreme Court judges in Cyprus to review his court application.
If that fails, he will be extradited to South Africa.
Jackson, the owner of the Teazers franchise of strip clubs, was shot dead at a house in Edleen near the OR Tambo International Airport on the 3rd of May 2010.
