Yella Beezy hospitalised after being shot on Texas highway

Rapper Deandre 'Yella Beezy' Conway was shot while driving on a highway in Texas.

According to his management, he will remain in hospital after reports of him being discharged surfaced.

Beezy, who recently opened for Beyoncé and Jay-Z at their tour in Dallas, was shot three times when a vehicle pulled up next to him and opened fire.

Police have not determined a motive and no arrests have been made.
