On September 20th, Gomez shared a 30- second teaser of her AppleTV+ documentary called My Mind and Me on her Instagram. The teaser depicts Gomez in different emotional states, as the words “every breath a breakthrough” flash across the screen.

As quoted by Teen Vogue, the Apple Originals Film press release describes the documentary as “uniquely raw and intimate”.
Directed by Alek Keshishian, the new Apple TV+ documentary, My Mind and Me is set to release on November 4th.
