A new reality series has launched on Netflix with most of its stars having four legs and a tail. The 13 part series, ‘A Dog’ For Life’, shot in Cape Town, promises to make you laugh and cry, and probably go out and adopt your own rescue pooch!
In the series, ‘unique Cape Town families get matched with rescue dogs to find the perfect four-legged best friends they never knew they needed'.
The show was created thanks to sponsorship from Hill’s Pet Nutrition, Samantha Gray from Grays Matter Films produced and co-directed the series, while Sue White is the show’s presenter.
Gray says of the show, 'A Dog for Life’ is a show about the extraordinary, very tangible bond between people and shelter dogs.”
Let’s face it – humans don’t rescue the dogs, it is they who rescue us through their incredible ability to love unconditionally, comfort and uplift our spirits and simply fill our lives with joy.
