Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful love stories, Demi-Leigh and Tim Tebow mark one year as an engaged couple. 

The former Miss Universe and Professional Baseball player met through Tebow's foundation called 'Night to Shine' which is dedicated to children with special needs. It aims to give them a night similar to prom, with the stars. 

Demi-Leigh's late sister was one of the chosen few in South Africa to attend the 'Night to Shine' event, where Demi-Leigh and Tim's love story began.

The two have been inseparable since, and are due to wed soon.
