All female group Blackpink have broken the YouTube record for the fastest music video to reach 100 million views. Their single, Kill This Love , reached the milestone in just under three days.
This means of course that they have snatched the title away from Psy – famous for his off the wall 2012 hit, Gangnam Style.
YouTube said the song reached 56.7 million views in its first 24 hours alone, which means it has also broken the record for the highest number of views in the first 24 hours of release. This was a record previously held by Ariana Grande for her song, Thank you, Next.
The group is made up of Jisoo, Jennie, Rose and Lisa, they will become the first female K-pop group to perform at the Coachella festival in California later in April this year.
And watch out, they also have a world tour planned, with arena shows in Manchester and London in May.
