Victoria Beckham used Harper's drawing on a T-shirt to raise awareness for World AIDS Day, which happens on the 1st December.
Mrs Beckham is an avid philanthropist and was in Kenya last month with her son Brooklyn to support children with AIDS.
The former Spice Girls singer is now using her fashion expertise to raise money for the cause.
Victoria has made an adults and children's T-shirt featuring her daughter artwork to raise money for UNAIDS and Born Free Africa on the charity day in December.
The mother of four took to Instagram to show her fans the design.
The simple tee features a drawing of a cartoon image of a woman wearing a red AIDS ribbon, with a bright red heart printed next to it.
For children's tee shirt she added a pretty, red polka dots.
Harper's dad, David Beckham, also used her drawing to make a tattoo on his hand last fall.
