Actor Tyler Posey sent a sweet birthday message to his girlfriend Bella Thorne by sharing a topless photo of himself in bed with the teen.The Blended star turned 19 on Saturday (08Oct16) and kicked off her special day by stopping by Los Angeles cat cafe Crumbs and Whiskers, where she was able to cuddle up to some furry friends.She and her gal pals then headed to Body Electric Tattoo and Piercing on Melrose, where Bella decided to have her septum pierced.She documented the brief but painful procedure in a Snapchat video and in the footage she is shown holding her friend's hand for support as the body piercing professional jams a big needle through the nasal cartilage."Oh my God!" Bella exclaimed, as she teared up. However, the pain seemingly disappeared minutes later as the birthday girl began sharing a series of selfies online, showing off her new nose ring.

The star's celebrations continued into the night, when she was surprised with a cake, which had the words, "Happy Birthday Bella" written on a piece of chocolate and decorated with icing and colourful sprinkles.Tyler, 24, was not featured in Bella's social media posts, but earlier in the day, she had uploaded a picture of herself struggling to carry a large display of red roses.Without mentioning her beau by name, she captioned the shot, "Breaking my back trying to lift these thank you baby", alongside three red heart emojis.Tyler made no mention of Bella on his social media pages until early on Sunday (09Oct16), when he took to Instagram to express his love for his girl.Alongside a snap of the couple lying in bed with his pet dog Roxy, he wrote, "I love these women.
