This year’s VMA’s belonged to Swift - the singer won in nine of the 11 categories she was nominated including Artist of the Year at the event held at the Prudential Centre in Newark, New Jersey, Tuesday, September 12.
Swift told the crowd: ‘"This is unbelievable, upon receiving the prize for video of the year for Anti-Hero, the first single from her 2022 album, Midnights. This is unprecedented and marks the fourth year in a row that she has won the award.

Anti-Hero - a track about insecurity - was named Song of the Year and also took the prize for Best Direction, while Midnights was named Best Album.
Her other awards included Best Pop, Best Cinematography, and Best Visual Effects all for "Anti-Hero," plus Show of the Summer.
