Besides being easy on the eyes, what other qualities make Lee a good choice to kick start the Bachelor series in South Africa?

GQ lists the following 7 things about Lee:

We foresee a very interesting first season of this show.

We must say we are still kinda touched that we weren't considered for the running to be South Africa's first ever bachelor. However, while we were trying to stop being in our feeling, we met the bachelor Lee Thompson this past weekend and this what we learned about him.

He is an entrepreneur. Thompson has various business ventures which include a cleaning company called Clean Smart and the website development business Skyler Web.

A former rugby player. He is a former Sharks player and is still passionate about the sport.

A fitness fanatic. He has abs for days and he probably reads our fitness section religiously as well, after all, he used to own his own gym.

He is a philanthropist. He founded the non-profit organisation #LiveHopeLoveSA.

He is tall AF. Thompson is 1.88m tall.

Thompson also gets paid to look good, as he is a sought-after international model.

He is serious about finding love. 'My life goal is to have an amazing family life and, yes, I do know that this is an unusual way to find true love, but something deep inside me tells me that the universe is going to give me what I need right now - the woman of my dreams. I can’t wait to meet and get to know the 25 ladies. Chemistry often works in mysterious ways and I have no preconceived ideas about who I want to spend the rest of my life with.'
