Springbok player Eben Etzebeth will be making his acting debut on the small screen when he appears in Kyknet’s popular series 'Binnelanders'.
The lanky lock will feature in episodes on Thursday, August 10, and Friday, August 11.
According to the producers the popular sports star can be seen in the soapie being admitted to Binneland Kliniek after a shoulder injury.
Sharing the news the production team wrote : “Het jy gehoor? @ebenetzebeth4 kom kuier in Binneland! Moenie dié opwindende episodes mis nie, volgende Donderdag- en Vrydagaand 10 en 11 Augustus”.

Etzebeth, who is preparing to take part in the upcoming World Cup tournament in France with the rest of the Boks in September, married actress and singer Anlia on 4 February at the La Paris estate in Franschhoek.
