It appears the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree when it comes to the Royal family. Media reports made claims this week that Prince William allegedly cheated on his wife, Kate Middleton with her former best friend Rose Hanbury, Marchioness of Cholmondeley.
Middleton and Hanbury apparently had a falling out earlier this year, and the Duchess wanted her out of the group. Tabloids are linking the two events, claiming that Hanbury is at the heart of this supposed cheating scandal. Middleton “immediately confronted” her husband about it all, and he “just laughed it off saying there was nothing to it,” according to The Daily Beast.
Lawyers for the royal family have reportedly sent warning letters to publications that wrote reports of the affair, meaning the palace is denying the rumours in a subtle manner, even if it hasn't issued a public statement.
In the midst of all the madness, the couple will be visiting Wales in May, specifically the area where they first lived after their wedding in 2011.
It seems as though the cheating rumours are nothing but fake news.
