R Kelly released on bail after pleading not guilty

R Kelly, arrested last Friday on charges that he sexually abused four females dating back to 1998, has been released on bail. He is facing ten counts of aggravated sexual abuse following the allegations which include the molestation of three underage girls.

The 52-year-old R&B singer appeared in court after spending the weekend in a Chicago prison, bail was set at R16m, he now awaits trial. Conditions for his release include no contact with females under the age of 18.
