The celebrity power couple, who married in December 2018, have announced the birth of a baby girl via surrogacy - the news taking everyone by surprise.
Taking to social media on January 21 Chopra said, "We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate. We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on our family. Thank you so much."
While the White Tiger actress is 39, there have never been any reports of her having fertility issues. Daily Mail has reported that the arrival of the baby was premature with the surrogate giving birth at 27 weeks – 12 weeks ahead of the expected delivery date.
