The film first came out in 1989, based on King's novel of the same name. 

The new adaptation is directed by Kevin Kölsch and Dennis Widmyer and written by Jeff Buhler. Starring Jason Clarke, Amy Seimetz, and John Lithgow. It is set to be released on April 5, 2019.
