The Playboy star and actress has revealed that she married for the fifth time in a quiet ceremony on Christmas Eve at her Vancouver Island home in Canada.
This time around she said "I Do" to her bodyguard Dan Hayhurst. Anderson told Sky News that she is “exactly where I need to be." She went on to say that she fell in love with Dan during the coronavirus lockdown when they were forced to be together 24/7.
There were no bridesmaids, or groomsmen, no family or friends, just a local pastor and a witness due to lockdown regulations at the time.
This is the fifth marriage for Anderson who last January said “I do” to 74-year-old movie maker Jon Peters in a highly publicised union in Malibu, California before breaking up with him 12 days later saying that legal documents had never been submitted to formalise the marriage and that she realised it was not going to last.
Anderson's other former husbands include rockers Tommy Lee and Kid Rock, and film producer Rick Salomon.
Anderson is a huge animal rights advocate and lives close to a sanctuary for threatened farm animals called Rasta Rescue. A huge supporter and campaigner for this rescue organisation, she recently partnered with them to take part in a billboard campaign on the Patricia Bay Highway heading into Victoria, designed to compel viewers to consider a compassionate lifestyle and choose vegan.
As news of her nuptials broke, the sanctuary was given permission to post a picture of the happy couple on their Instagram platform saying, "Please help us in congratulating our wonderful friends Pamela Anderson and Dan Hayhurst on their wedding!
These two lovebirds recently tied the knot on Christmas Eve and we truly couldn't be happier for them!
