Lee-Ann Liebenberg in hospital after fracturing nose

Stunning Lee-Ann Liebenberg took to Instagram over the weekend to share with her followers the news that she had fallen flat on her face and fractured her nose.

In the candid pic, the top SA model is seen sticking out her tongue, and might we say, looking gorgeous despite her make-up free face.

No reason was given as to why she fell flat on her face.  It looks like Lee-Ann will be up and about soon!
